After seven years, Swiss Bureau Interior Design's design director says good bye

After seven years of dedication to the firm, its practice, and its people while providing clients with profoundly creative design, the Highly Commended interior designer award winner, Zoe Allen, (Design Middle East 2022) will be leaving her post.

In her years with Swiss Bureau, Zoe has seen the company grow, and she along with it. From a Senior Designer to a Design Manager, and today as Design Director, Zoe’s dedication to her work has ingrained her place as a valued asset to the Swiss Bureau Family. Her natural ability to build on trust between client relations and the team has resulted in her delivering over 50+ projects to date, expediting the success of our business as we reach toward our goal of targeting higher caliber projects we have fortunately won these past few years.

Playing a massive role in the firm’s progression, Zoe has led her team on a plethora of incredible high-caliber projects such as Richemont & Cartier Offices, in Saudi and Dubai, Nestlé Headquarters, Julius Baer, Mastercard, Mirabaud Offices, and award-winning interiors for Revonic, Unbox Co-Working, and Dubai International Academic City Conference Centre. Internally, Zoe has continuously created and developed critical in-house procedures to be more streamlined and efficient in terms of production time. Working adamantly on creating an efficient system to operate production, quality assurance, and implementation with a collection of comprehensive documents, her work, and constructive input have majorly increased the quality of our submissions.

In our industry, tight deadlines, long hours, and high-pressure volumes are the norm, and Zoe’s consistent dedication and passion have never wavered. Her time here with Swiss Bureau will leave a lasting mark on the whole team and we look forward to watching her continue this success outside of the UAE.

Bon voyage, Zoe and we wish you well on your next adventure!
