Swiss Bureau Interior Design’s Design Director, Zoe Victoria Allen wins Highly Commended Award for Interior Designer of the Year at The Design Middle East Awards

Swiss Bureau Interior Design is so proud!! Last night our Design Director brought home the Highly Commended Interior Designer of the Year Award, and we cannot be happier!

In six years with Swiss Bureau Interior Design, Zoe has seen the company grow, and she along with it. From a Senior Designer to Design Manager, and today as Design Director, her dedication to her work has rendered her irreplaceable. Never shying away from balancing multiple roles in both her professional and personal life, Zoe’s highly determined, motivated, and passionate attitude has fueled the team, pushing us to deliver on a level we were not yet aware we could.

Her Design Philosophy & Projects

Honesty is at the forefront of her working philosophy, sprouting out of care and open-mindedness. Zoe is determined to bring out the best in people, create harmony, and foster improvement through collaboration; this is seen throughout her work.

Her designs often mix conflicting design languages and create unexpected harmony, such as the juxtaposition of industrial and chic aesthetics portrayed in our award-winning project for Revonic.

The mix of elegant fine dining and buzzing café vibes for Andes Restaurant and the combination of a corporate base accentuated with the vibrancy of a theme park has been challenging aesthetics to balance but are also the most successful in showcasing the client’s stories while revealing their true identity through architectural form.
