Remat Al-Riyadh
Remat Al-Riyadh sought an office design for their 110,000 Sqft headquarters in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The offices span over seven levels along with a ground floor. An emphasis on a sophisticated and luxurious design was to be placed on the ground floor as well as the seventh floor which is designated for executives.
The design concept draws inspiration from the visionary spirit of transforming Riyadh into a thriving city. Emphasizing elegance and calligraphy that echo the companies corporate identity, it honors the legacy by incorporating those elements into the design aesthetic. We wanted to reflect Riyadh’s oasis-like setting within Saudi Arabia and its promising future, with the design harmoniously combining tones reminiscent of the oasis with the refined elegance characteristic of the cityscape.

Swiss Bureau designed ALEC's office, blending Art Deco Industrial and Warm Industrial styles to create a sophisticated, functional, and aesthetic workspace. The design strikes a perfect balance between style, productivity, and employee well-being, fostering a comfortable environment that enhances performance. The 36th floor serves as the core inspiration, setting the tone for the entire office with bold Art Deco elements and raw industrial touches that encourage focus, creativity, and collaboration. Thoughtful material selections maintain the integrity of the design while optimizing cost-effectiveness, resulting in an inviting atmosphere where creativity and functionality coexist.

The office space at ICD Brookfield in Dubai was designed to embody the growth, sophistication, and global reach of our client, an investment firm specializing in small and mid-cap European listed companies. The design combines bold, modern elements with elegance, creating a dynamic environment that encourages collaboration. The client’s love for art is reflected in statement pieces throughout the space, setting an inspiring tone. The office balances luxury and functionality, ensuring it aligns with the company’s values and ambitions while leaving a lasting impression on both employees and clients.
