Swiss Bureau undertook the concept of ALEC’s HQ in Dubai, blending Art Deco and a warm Industrial style to create a sophisticated, functional, and aesthetic workspace. The design reflects a perfect balance between style, productivity, and employee well-being, fostering a comfortable environment that enhances performance and engagement.
Serving as the core inspiration, the 36th floor sets the tone for the entire office, ensuring consistency throughout the building. The concept combines bold Art Deco elements with raw, industrial touches, creating an atmosphere that encourages focus, creativity, and collaboration. Thoughtful selections of materials and finishes maintain the integrity of the original design while optimizing cost-effectiveness. By blending these styles, the office creates an inviting atmosphere that employees are proud to work in.
