Liechtensteinische Landesbank (LLB)

As a valued and integral part of the Liechtenstein region in Switzerland, Liechtensteinische Landesbank (LLB) is fundamentally a reflection of their deep roots as a Farmer’s Bank. With values of excellence, integrity, innovation, and respect, LLB has served the global market for more than 150 years. Having seen substantial growth since opening its first representative office in Abu Dhabi in 2005, an opportunity to penetrate the Dubai market came about in 2008.

Anchoring back to its honest and humble roots, Swiss Bureau was resolute in bringing the bank’s ethos to life. The office, located in the Burj Daman Tower in DIFC, was designed to bring a positive, warm, and inviting atmosphere to LLB clients and stakeholders.

LLB is a socially and environmentally conscious establishment, meaning that a contemporary design with natural elements was imperative. The company color – a nuanced moss green – is strategically used throughout the space, complemented by light wood elements, and juxtaposed by framed glass partitions. The meeting suites positioned to capture the most prominent views, ensure natural light floods throughout the space. A mix of open plan work points and executive offices is met with an energetic pantry as the converging point for its employees. Modestly depicting the words: Excellence, Integrity, Innovation, and Respect – the pantry feature wall pays homage to LLB’s values and uncompromising goals toward their future in the Middle East.
