Megève Chalet

For our recently completed Chalet in Megeve, France, we wanted to create a warm and cozy environment throughout the space with sleek wooden interiors and warm colors. The area which emulates a modern ski resort is intended for multiple families or group of friends dreaming of the perfect snowy escapade.

The chalet encapsulates natural elements in its purest form. From the minute you walk in through the entrance, you are transported into the warm, hospitable world of nature through stone wall features, complemented by its deeply rooted wooden interiors. The wondrous chalet is enchanted and graced with natural lighting throughout as each piece of furniture is allowed space to shine.

This three-tier chalet is inclusive of multiple rooms with walk-in closets for all your ski gear needs, a spacious family size kitchen, a wine cellar, and an at-home spa, equipped with health and fitness facilities for the ultimate stand-alone vacation package. The roomy kitchen beholds a brightly lit elegant space with a vast marble kitchen island fit for a grand night of family-style cooking.

Another feature includes a full movie-night option located in the basement. The home cinema room provides a spacious, sophisticated addition to the rest of the chalet with darker colors and vital blackout curtains. It is fully encased with wooden wall panels and decorative acoustic wall panels to absorb further the hidden surround sound systems incorporated into the design. To additionally portray a comfortable home-like setting, large spacious sofas and wall art were embraced to create a pleasantly inviting home cinema fit for everyone.
