Swiss Bureau was awarded for the Best Office category – Corporate Interior Design for our project, Emirates National Investment office, at the identity Design Awards of 2018!

Unexpectedly, two of our projects, the offices of Hira Walraven and Emirates National Investment were nominated in the same category, but one of them won the battle.

Our recently completed project, Emirates National Investment office, was created under the client’s brief who wished to capture a minimalistic design that would revolve around simple subdued colours.

 

The other nominated project, Hira Walraven, on the other hand, replied to a brief for an industrial look that would be practical at the same time.

 

Minimalism seems to have won this time and we walked away with a gorgeous trophy from Iittala for ENI office!

 

It is not the first time that Swiss Bureau participates at the identity Design Awards that recognize design excellence on a global scale. It was a pleasure joining the region’s top designers and architects at Zabeel House to celebrate the winners of 2018.
