We’re on the shortlist at this year’s INDEX Design Awards 2021 in Dubai!

Swiss Bureau Interior Design feels blessed to be nominated across three categories for the upcoming INDEX Design Awards 2021! Congrats to a wonderful team, and a big thank you to INDEX Dubai!

We can’t wait to attend the event! However, for now, let’s take a look at what and who is shortlisted below.

Office Design of the Year | Richemont & Cartier HQ, KSA

Nominated for Office Design of the year at INDEX Design Awards is a fabulous project in Saudi Arabia. Richemont Group is synonymous with luxury. Under its umbrella, it houses several prestigious Maisons, including the esteemed French jewelry and watch house Cartier. The office in Saudi Arabia combines two personalities into one space. We designed the office to be a visual and functional journey, adding various touchpoints that offer varying user experiences to inspire creativity and productivity.

As we celebrate 18 years of design in the United Arab Emirates, we are proud of our growth, development, and diversity over the last year. This nomination from INDEX Awards honors our hard-working and passionate team, solidifying our mark as a first-class design and build firm within the region.

Interior Design Leader of the Year | Joakim de Rham

Joakim has left his design footprint across the globe with over 25 years of experience in the industry. With deep roots in architecture and design, his continuous passion has taken him and his team to new heights. In 18 years of operation in the Middle East, he and his growing team at Swiss Bureau have matured from a small boutique firm to one of today’s leading, multi-award-winning interior design and fit-out firms providing first-class consultancy services in the GCC and internationally.

Celebrating Design Excellence

The INDEX Design Awards celebrates innovative interiors projects, the agencies, and the people behind them. Open to interior design, architecture, and fit-out firms and exceptional out-of-the-box leaders within the design community. It is the central networking event of Middle East Design & Hospitality Week, bringing 350 leaders of the regional design community together to celebrate the most creative and effective work delivered during 2020.

The night of the Awards ceremony will be held on Tuesday, 31st August 2021 at The Ritz-Carlton, DIFC.
